Say what you need. Give your ideas somewhere to go.

Your next idea might arrive away from your desk

You settle into an armchair with a coffee and think of a workshop you would like to run. You know who it is for, what you want to teach, and roughly when it could happen. Putting it into the system usually comes later: open the right page, write a description, find an image, and fill in the details.

With the Klientify AI assistant, you can start with the thought itself: “I want to run an online workshop about better communication at work. Help me prepare it.”

Open the assistant, start a voice session, and describe what you have in mind. You can work through the idea in conversation, ask for help with the application, and prepare the next step. When there are details to check or a change to approve, you return to the screen.

We have recently expanded what the assistant can help with. Alongside finding information and preparing bookings, it can work with the current interface, help fill forms, explain reports, and create images. Here is what that looks like in a normal working day.

Find your way by saying what you want to do

When you use a feature for the first time, the hardest part can be finding it. You know the outcome you want, but not the name of the section or which tab contains the right setting.

Try “Open my customers,” “Show me the calendar,” or “Where can I see the customers who have spent the most?” The assistant can help you reach the relevant area and explain the controls available there.

You can also ask about the screen already in front of you: “What can I do here?” or “What does this field mean?” That makes the assistant useful both when you are learning Klientify and when you return to a feature you only use occasionally.

The conversation has access to the application context available to it. A selected service, an open form, or the current page can help it understand a follow-up without making you explain the whole task again.

Describe the details instead of entering them one by one

Suppose you are adding a new consultation. You might say: “Prepare a service called First consultation. It lasts 45 minutes, costs 150 zł, and is for one person.”

The assistant can help open the appropriate form and enter supported details. You review the fields, add anything missing, and decide when to save. If the price changes, you can continue with “Make that 180 zł” instead of starting the request again.

This kind of help extends to customer details, services, locations, resources, passes, store products, and Direct offers. The exact fields depend on the form. For a pass, you might describe the number of uses and validity period; for a location, its name and address.

You do not have to prepare a perfect instruction. Give the details you know, then clarify what is missing. If a name could refer to more than one service or customer, identifying the right one is part of the conversation.

From a workshop idea to a draft you can review

Consider an online workshop about team communication. Start with its purpose: “I want to help team leaders have better conversations. Prepare a workshop description in a friendly, practical tone.”

Then add the decisions you have already made: “It will last 90 minutes, with space for 12 people.” Ask for a shorter description, adjust the title, or work through the event details in the editor. The assistant helps turn that conversation into a concrete draft.

You can ask for a cover image in the same flow. Describe the subject and mood: “Create a warm, simple image for a workshop about communication. Use a light background and leave out text.” In the event editor, the image workflow can help prepare a cover for the draft.

Before publication, review the event itself: title, description, date, time, capacity, and the details relevant to your offer. A useful description and an attractive cover are parts of preparation; opening registration still depends on the event being ready and published.

The rhythm is straightforward: describe the idea, refine the draft, review the result, and approve publication. You keep the decisions that shape your offer while getting help with the work needed to express them.

Ask questions about the numbers

An analytics page becomes more useful when you can ask what you are looking at. “How should I interpret net revenue?” “What do refunds change in this report?” “Where can I compare customer spending?”

The assistant can help you find the relevant report and interpret the data available to it. Klientify analytics includes revenue, bookings, customer, and commerce views, with a selected reporting period and timezone.

Start by stating the question and period you care about. For example: “Help me understand the bookings report for this month.” Then ask about a particular measure or what you should check next.

Keep the scope of the report in mind. A change in a number is a starting point for investigation; explaining why it happened may require more context from you. The conversation helps you work through that context and decide what to examine.

Create an image while the idea is still fresh

Sometimes you already know the atmosphere you want for an event or offer, but you do not have an image that expresses it. Describe it to the assistant in ordinary language.

“A calm room for an online workshop, natural light, warm colours, no lettering” gives a clearer direction than “make something nice.” You can specify the subject, palette, mood, and intended use, then ask for an adjustment after seeing the result.

Image creation fits naturally alongside writing and preparing details. The description and visual can develop together, so the finished draft feels consistent. Check the image before using it, particularly if you have asked it to include text or specific details.

Voice makes room for a different way of working

You may prefer to talk through a workshop while relaxing, or ask a question while tidying your workspace between appointments. Speaking lets you get the thought out without composing every sentence at a keyboard.

Start the voice session in Klientify and allow microphone access. You can then speak to the assistant and hear its replies. The app needs to stay available for the session; this is a conversation you start, rather than a promise that the assistant is always listening.

Use voice for explaining, asking, and refining. Use the screen when you want to inspect a name, date, price, or generated image. You can continue in text when that is more convenient.

It is fine for the conversation to be ordinary: “Shorten the description,” “Change the price,” or “Explain that more simply.” You can get useful preparation done without making every step a separate typing task.

You decide when the result is ready

Navigation, form preparation, saving, and publication are different steps. The assistant can move the work forward, while the application keeps the relevant review and confirmation controls.

Some editors can keep an autosaved draft. Other forms wait for you to save them. In either case, a prepared result is something to inspect before you commit to the next action. Check who a booking is for, when an event starts, or how much an offer costs.

Begin with one real task today: ask about an unfamiliar screen, describe a new service, or talk through the workshop you have been meaning to organise. Open the assistant in Klientify and tell it what you want to prepare.
